6 members of 2442 Squadron went to St James's Palace to receive their Gold Duke of Edinburgh's Awards. They received their Awards from explorer, David Hempleman-Adams, the first man to reach all 4 poles (Geographical and Magnetic North and South Poles). The Duke of Edinburgh was there to talk to members of the group as well.
